Should Scaffolding Be Included?
Have access equipment, protection of windows and plants, debris removal and final cleanup named in the scope. An upper-story repair can need more setup than a ground-level patch of the same size.
Do I Need to Replace Every Wall?
The inspection should establish which areas are affected. Ask why each wall is included, especially if the recommendation changes from a local repair to a full exterior replacement.
